Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers one-time paid digital services purchased on gofactiongroup.com through Stripe (currently the Rapid Platform Audit at $200 USD). Consulting retainers, module builds, and hackathon work are governed by their own statements of work.

2. Rapid Platform Audit

The Rapid Platform Audit is a digital professional service: intake, repository access, analysis, and delivery of a branded PDF report (target: within 24 hours of payment confirmation and usable repo access).

Before work begins: If you request a refund before we have started the audit (no clone, no scanner run, no report generation), email support@gofactiongroup.com for a full refund.
After work begins or the report is delivered: The fee is non-refundable. The deliverable is custom analysis of your repository.
If we cannot deliver: If we fail to deliver within a reasonable period after payment and after you grant required access, contact support. We will complete the audit promptly or refund the purchase.
Access issues: Delays from missing, incorrect, or revoked repo access are not grounds for refund while we wait for you to restore access.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@gofactiongroup.com with checkout email, purchase date, Stripe receipt if available, and a short reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method (typically 5–10 business days).

4. Chargebacks & disputes

Contact us before filing a chargeback. We may submit evidence including this policy, checkout records, intake data, access confirmations, and delivery records.

5. Module & consulting payments

Vibe Code Finisher module purchases and consulting deposits follow the terms in your proposal or statement of work. Unless otherwise stated in writing, module payments are non-refundable once work has started.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in effect at purchase applies to that order.
