Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026 · Applies to https://gofactiongroup.com and related marketing / funnel pages operated by The Faction Group LLC.

Draft for leadership review. This is a practical summary of our current marketing stack—not a substitute for counsel. Matt should review (and legal should bless) before relying on it as a final compliance posture.

1. Introduction

The Faction Group LLC (“Faction,” “we”) runs this website to explain modular AI-directed product engineering and adjacent offers. This Policy tells you, in plain language, what we collect automatically, what you share when you book time with us, and how third-party tools fit in.

2. Information We Collect

You give us directly: Anything you type into Calendly scheduling flows (name, email, company, notes, timezone, etc.). Calendly hosts that intake—their terms apply too (Calendly Privacy Notice).

We observe automatically: Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps), approximate location derived at region/city granularity, device/browser class signals, and interaction metadata generated by analytics or attribution scripts.

Third-party tooling on this site includes:

  • Google Analytics 4 — pseudonymous usage measurement (see §5).
  • PxGrabber served from aileaddetection.com — funnel / lead-correlation signals marketed under the AiLead umbrella; consult their disclosures for processing specifics.
  • Calendly — scheduling and meeting logistics.
  • Hosting/CDN providers chosen by our infrastructure partner — cache + security logs.

We intentionally do not publish a general-purpose mailbox on this site to reduce spam; routine contact should flow through the scheduling link below.

3. How We Use It

  • Respond to consult requests and operate sales conversations.
  • Measure which stories and pages perform—so we tighten messaging instead of bloating decks.
  • Maintain attribution hygiene for campaigns (what traffic actually showed up).
  • Harden the site (abuse detection, incident response, uptime).
  • Fulfill legal obligations where applicable.

4. How We Share It

We do not sell personal information in the colloquial “data broker” sense. We share data with service providers that process it on our instructions (Google, Calendly, AiLead/PxGrabber infrastructure, hosting vendors). We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights/safety, or as part of a merger/acquisition with notice when permitted.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This site sends pageview and event telemetry to Google Analytics 4 using measurement ID G-W3F1Z89TR5. Refer to Google’s disclosures for how GA processes pseudonymous identifiers.

GA4 may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish sessions. PxGrabber may set or read its own storage objects. Essential cookies support security and load balancing. You can control cookies through browser settings; some privacy tools will limit measurement accuracy—which is fine.

Interim consent posture: We treat this as a U.S.-centric B2B marketing site. If you need a full cookie banner / CMP for your compliance program, ask us during scheduling—we can layer tooling when required.

6. Your Rights

Depending on jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict certain processing. California residents can exercise CPRA rights; EU/EEA/UK visitors may have GDPR rights. Because we do not publish a catch-all email, submit requests by:

  • Booking a short intro via our Calendly link and noting “Privacy request” in the description, or
  • Messaging us on LinkedIn with sufficient detail for us to verify and route internally.

We will respond consistent with applicable law after verifying you (or your authorized agent).

7. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Analytics aggregates may persist according to GA4 defaults unless we shorten retention. Scheduling records persist per Calendly settings. Operational artifacts may remain in backups for a limited window.

8. Security

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to a boutique engineering studio—least-privilege tooling access, MFA on core accounts, modern hosting defaults. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we’ll notify where law requires if something serious happens.

9. Children’s Privacy

This site is aimed at business buyers, not kids. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or 16 where higher consent bars apply).

10. Changes

We update this Policy when our stack or obligations change materially. “Last updated” at the top will move forward when we publish revisions—continuing to use the site means you acknowledge the newest version posted here.

11. Contact Us

No published email intentionally. The fastest compliant path is to grab time with Matt:
