Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026 · Applies to visitors of gofactiongroup.com
By using this site you agree to these Terms. Separate written agreements apply to consulting, build, assessment, hackathon, or partnership work once executed.
Services description
Marketing pages summarize how Faction helps teams ship software; they do not constitute a binding obligation to provide any specific capability until both parties execute a definitive statement of work.
No professional advice via website
Posts, FAQs, and landing copy are conversational context—not legal, tax, SEC, FINRA, SOC 2, or security advice tailored to your organization. Obtain qualified counsel.
Third-party platforms
Links to scheduling tools (Calendly), analytics providers, attribution vendors, collaborative AI tools, LinkedIn pages, Matt Murphy AI, Olakai, or others redirect you to respective terms and privacy regimes.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to scrape, overwhelm, infiltrate, or misuse this infrastructure. Respect intellectual property—including code samples, wording, visuals, naming, layout, trademarks, trade dress—and ask before republishing material.
Intellectual property
Faction retains rights to authored site assets unless expressly licensed elsewhere. Deliverables negotiated with clients belong per contract.
Disclaimer of warranties
Information is provided “as is” without warranties—express or implied—regarding accuracy, fitness for purpose, uptime, malware-free delivery, errors, omissions, latency, downstream vendor behavior, regulatory outcomes, or financial performance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law (and superseding statutes where unavoidable), neither Faction nor its principals is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—even if foreseeable—arising from site use.
Governing law & venue
These Terms reference Texas law sans conflict-of-laws rules unless your signed Services Agreement designates otherwise.
Changes
We revise Terms when warranted. Revised pages control after posting unless you negotiate an exception in writing.
