CEO & Founder
Matt Murphy has spent 30 years in tech building platforms that solve real industry problems — from AVVA Mobility and Simpool Technology to ArtiFaction’s Mission Control and TechTech. As co-founder of The Faction Group, he leads with one core belief: AI only works when your data foundation is ready for it.
Faction helps companies cut through the hype by cleaning up legacy systems and deploying AI that actually gets adopted. Matt’s entrepreneurial background spanning product strategy, sales leadership, and HR operations gives him a rare ability to connect technical execution with human-centered strategy, and a methodology built to make sure clients never automate the wrong things.
Beth Wilson
Chief Technology Officer
Beth is a co-founder of The Faction Group and brings enterprise-grade engineering discipline forged at Match Group, where she helped scale platforms to millions of users globally. With an extensive background in making complex systems scale, she leads architecture decisions, AI integration strategy, and ensures every platform ships production-ready.
Her deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, data systems, and high-performing technical teams makes her the engineering backbone behind Faction’s most complex builds.

Deep technical expertise across AI/ML systems, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering. Partners with Beth on architecture and leads technical execution of complex product builds and AI integrations. Core contributor to ArtiFaction Mission Control and the orchestration infrastructure that powers Faction’s agent deployment capabilities across client platforms.
